Welcome to my blog! This is, in no way, a professional endeavor. HOWEVER, I've been wanting to add my voice to this blogging realm for a while because 1. I have some things to say about cardiopulm PT issues, 2. I think it will be a good self-care outlet and a way for me to reflect on my practice, and 3. It just might be a great way to connect with YOU! my fellow rehab professionals and critical care friends. There will be plenty of talk about current PT practice in acute care, old and new research, healthy lifestyles, preventative care, and the Detroit Tigers (this is a non-negotiable).
